The third issue in the Gone With the Wind: Golden Anniversary Series — Howard Rogers' painting of Scarlett and Ashley at Tara after the war, the two of them drawn close at a split-rail fence with a broken wagon wheel behind and the burnt-gold autumn field running out past them. Ashley in a work shirt gone soft and thin, Scarlett in a lavender jacket with her hair caught in a snood, their hands together and neither of them quite looking away. Fine china with a gold rim and Rogers' signature across the face. Officially authorized by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Turner Entertainment to mark the fiftieth anniversary of the film, and strictly limited to a maximum of 150 firing days.

Includes: the original box, the numbered Certificate of Authenticity, and the illustrated title card

Measurements: 8.5 in round. Boxed 10.25 in x 10.25 in x 2 in.

Condition: Excellent. Colors bright, the gold rim crisp and unworn, no chips or cracks, and the plain white reverse is clean. The original box carries a yellowed rectangular patch on the lid where an old label or tape was lifted off, with a small dark speck at its lower edge and light toning overall. The title card and certificate are clean, the plate number hand-entered as issued. Sold as found — please see all photos.
