The ninth issue in the Gone With the Wind: Golden Anniversary Series — Howard Rogers' portrait of Rhett Butler in a blue three-piece suit, hands in his pockets, standing in an open doorway with the oaks behind him and a stained-glass window at his shoulder. Fine china with a gold rim and Rogers' signature in red across the face. Officially authorized by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Turner Entertainment to mark the fiftieth anniversary of the film, and strictly limited to a maximum of 150 firing days. It hangs on a wall or stands on a shelf equally well, and it's the plate in the series people actually recognize.

Includes: the original box, the numbered Certificate of Authenticity, and the illustrated title card

Measurements: 8.5 in round. Boxed 10.25 in x 10.25 in x 2 in.

Condition: The plate is excellent — colors bright, gold rim unworn, no chips or cracks front or back. The original box shows its age, with toning and softly worn corners, and the certificate and title card have light yellowing at the edges. Sold as found — please see all photos.
