Enamel pin badge from the 1971 Canoe World Championships held in Merano, Italy, 17–23 June 1971. Issued under the I.C.F. (International Canoe Federation) with C.O.N.I. and F.I.C. Red and blue enamel over silver-toned metal, showing crossed paddles against stylized water. Safety-pin style clasp on the reverse. A nice piece of international sporting history.
Measurements: 1.5" x 1.5"
Condition: Silver-toned finish shows wear. One spot of loss to the blue enamel. Clasp is intact and functional.
