Exceptional 18th-century Meissen teacup from the Dot Period (circa 1763–1774), featuring fine hard-paste porcelain with hand-painted polychrome decoration. Exterior showcases a detailed harbor mercantile scene with figures in period dress beside a cargo barrel, ships, and coastal architecture. Interior displays a central floral bouquet with purple aster, red buds, and yellow accents. Delicate curved body with looped handle and gold-gilded rim. Marked underside with underglaze cobalt blue Meissen Crossed Swords with central dot.
Approx. size: 3 in diameter × 1.75 in tall.
Condition: Excellent. No chips, cracks, or losses. Hand-painted decoration remains vibrant and intact.
